Lowell DeFrance brings years of experience as an international trade law attorney and is a licensed customs broker as well.  He is highly knowledgeable in issues of international trade, transportation law and customs law.  Additionally, Lowell is well versed on regulatory and compliance matters including, but not limited to: C-TPAT, U.S. Customs’ Automated Export System (AES) and Automated Commercial Environment (ACE), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), RFL, ITAR and broker self assessment audits just to name a few.  His proven leadership and training skills inspires clients and employees alike to generate revenue, meet targets, create design and implement compliance procedures.
