Kerry Wang is a multilingual attorney with deep expertise in international trade and customs law. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, she advises clients across a range of industries on complex import and export regulations, trade compliance strategies, and cross-border policy matters.
Kerry’s experience spans both private practice and global consulting. At a Big 4 firm, she advised multinational clients on tariff classification, customs valuation, ADD/CVD scope analysis, ECCN classification and licensing, and export control risk assessments. She also identifies duty recovery opportunities and provides guidance on compliance with U.S. and international trade laws. Previously, at another trade law firm, Kerry represented importers and sureties in enforcement actions, audits, and penalty cases, including defending against alleged trade violations.

- Duty recovery and mitigation, including duty drawback, First Sale for Export, Preferential Trade Programs and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations

Credentials
Kerry received her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law. Prior to this, she earned her Juris Master from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing, China. She also holds an MBBS from the School of Medicine at Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, China. Kerry is admitted to practice law in the State of California, the People’s Republic of China, and the Court of International Trade.
