Heather Tschirhart is a law clerk with Braumiller Law Group, where she supports the firm’s FDA and regulated-product import work, consumer product safety compliance, and customs enforcement and penalty matters. She brings more than thirteen years of senior-level experience in food safety and regulatory compliance across USDA- and FDA-regulated operations, including FSMA and preventive controls implementation, supplier verification, labeling, and FSIS-regulated production. Her practice interest is food regulatory law, spanning FDA and USDA authority over food safety, labeling, standards of identity, inspection, recalls, and enforcement, and she brings that regulatory grounding to the firm’s work for importers and exporters of regulated products. Heather also serves as Executive Advisor, Analytics & Orgazational Strategy for the International Compliance Professionals Association, a trade compliance association producing seven international conferences a year.
