Taylor Huynh is currently a 3L at Texas A&M University School of Law, where she serves as a Senior Staff Member of the Texas A&M Law Review. She focuses on corporate law and multi-jurisdictional transactions, bringing a strong analytical foundation, a record of academic excellence, and a keen interest in the regulatory frameworks governing international business. Her prior experience working with private firms, government agencies, and law school clinics has also given her a broad understanding of employment matters, environmental regulation, and immigration issues.
Taylor has worked on:
• NDAs, MSAs, MoUs, operating agreements, and fund formation documents
• Tax, compliance, and business structuring analysis
• Workplace dispute and commercial matters
• Trial and mediation preparation
Taylor also completed an international field course in the English Channel Islands, where she studied international transactions, financial services regulation, and the legal systems of Jersey and Guernsey.
