Ron brings expansive experience across multiple industries and roles to BCG clients. As an Operations Executive with a technical background in industrial engineering, he understands the varied demands on today’s businesses.
His career began as an industrial engineer for the largest food distributor in the U.S. As he advanced, he focused on productivity improvements, cost reductions, safety, inventory management and workforce management in both union and non-union environments. His next step brought him to the fashion industry as SVP Global Operations for Fossil Group. Additionally, he leveraged industrial engineering techniques to facilitate Business Process Reviews, staying ahead of infrastructure demands in a rapidly growing environment, significantly improve speed to market, improve gross margin and re-engineer other critical business functions.
Ron has also functioned as COO for companies in the consumer electronics, watch and publishing industries. His creative problem-solving skills combined with his speed to market experience and commitment to operational excellence marked his time in these roles.
Ron is committed to giving back and serves on the Board of two non-profit organizations focused on helping people in their communities. He is a graduate with special distinction holding a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma.
