Eiyack Cacho Ayala, Associate Attorney
Eiyack Cacho Ayala’s practice focuses on international business law, cross-border commercial transactions, and international dispute resolution. He works with clients navigating complex legal issues involving global trade, regulatory compliance, and commercial relationships that span multiple jurisdictions.
Eiyack earned his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, where he concentrated on International Business Law. While in law school, he was recognized for his legal writing and advocacy, receiving the Best Memorandum Writer Award at the Spagnole International Commercial Arbitration Competition. He was also an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, where he gained experience in arbitration and negotiation.
Eiyack expanded his international legal training through a study program at Universität Augsburg in Germany, where he studied international economic law, including the CISG, international investment law, transnational litigation, and European and WTO law. These experiences strengthened his comparative approach to cross-border legal issues.
Prior to law school, Eiyack earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from American University, where he developed a strong interest in international governance, regulatory systems, and global cooperation. Subsequently, he served as the International Programs Associate at an international adoption agency, where he supported matters involving cross-border legal coordination, immigration processes, and international family law compliance. In this role, he worked with foreign and domestic partners to navigate complex regulatory requirements and documentation across multiple jurisdictions, gaining early exposure to the practical challenges of transnational legal processes and international administrative frameworks.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Eiyack brings a multicultural perspective to his work and is particularly interested in matters involving cross-border legal coordination and international commercial relationships.
