It is the 2nd in a series of  three* presented by George Tuttle and Braumiller Law Group. The final webinar in this series, which is scheduled for June 19th, will cover the USMCA and the automotive industry.  Each webinar goes in-depth on the topic, allowing time for Q&A at the end of the presentation.

George R. Tuttle, III

George has over 35 years experience advising clients and litigating matters relating to classification, valuation, country-of-origin, special duty exemptions, NAFTA, drawback, regulatory audits and compliance assessments, penalties, and broker compliance. He also has extensive experience advising clients on export control and licensing matters and is the author of Distribution Licenses: The License Holder as Policeman and Other Related Issues, Law and Policy of Export Controls, published by the American Bar Association, Section of International Law. Vicky Wu, Senior Associate Attorney
Braumiller Law Group, PLLC

Vicky advises clients on a wide range of issues related to international trade compliance. Her areas of practice focus on import laws and export controls, representing companies before several governmental agencies, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Department of State’s Directorate of Defense and Trade Controls, Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, and Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Controls.  Vicky regularly assists companies with import compliance matters, such as filing Section 301 and 232 exclusion requests, conducting free trade agreement qualifications (e.g., NAFTA), responding to CBP inquiries and filing protests, classification reviews and tariff mitigation strategies, country of origin determinations, foreign trade zones, and representing companies in Customs audits and Focused Assessments.
