Mrs. Pantoja is an attorney in Mexico. She graduated with honors from the Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi (UASLP), where she focused hers studies on international business law, intellectual property, and “juicio de amparo” (A Mexican legal remedy that protects individuals and entities’ constitutional rights). Mrs. Pantoja also studied Intellectual Property Law at the Instituto Mexicano de Propiedad Industrial, IMPI (Mexican Intellectual Property Institute), and at the World Intellectual Property Organization.
She assists companies with their trademarks, patents, industrial designs, trade secrets and copyrights, including their identification, registration, licensing, enforcement, and litigation.
She previously worked at the Andrade Velázquez law firm, and at the 3rd and 4th Court of the Supreme Court of San Luis Potosi State. She also previously worked in the UASLP legal office in San Luis Potosi. .
