Cindy has extensive knowledge of the Customs regulations including the Reconciliation Programs. She has hands-on experience with the requirements of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the Federal Communications Commission, Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and Fish and Wildlife Services.

Career Highlights

Prior to her position as a Trade Advisor with Braumiller Law Group, PLLC  Cindy worked as a Compliance and Training Manager for UPS Supply Chain Solutions in Coppell, TX. She was responsible for the supervision of multiple import auditors, post-entry specialists, and trainers. She also worked as Compliance Specialist for UPS Supply Chain Solutions, processing post-entry petitions, monitoring Temporary Import entries, and monitoring Government entries requiring Duty Free Certificates. She has vast experience in import and export classification.

Leadership

Cindy has also worked as the Import/Export Compliance Manager for Fritz Companies, Inc., in Anchorage, Alaska, where she was responsible for the timely import and export of shipments, as well as responsible for ensuring compliance with all U.S. Customs regulations, shipment examination and problem resolution, and the supervision of nineteen import auditors.
